Instead of respecting their employees rights to unionize, RGH administration has spent nearly a million dollars on highly paid anti-union consultants to miseducate nurses on the benefits of unionizing.

Rochester General Hospital hired Healthcare Labor Solutions and Labor Relations Specialists. Between the two companies, there are at least five anti-union consultants attempting to misinform and scare nurses out of voting for having a legally recognized voice through a union.

At an estimated cost of $3,500/per day per consultant, RGH has diverted money away from patient care and towards an anti-union campaign.
