(President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer)
will be held on Tuesday, September 28 – Thurs, September 30, 2026.

NOMINATION MEETING
Date: Wednesday, August 26th, 2026
Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: RUNAP Office (367 Titus Ave., Rochester, NY 14617)
Tuesday, September 28 – Thurs, September 30, 2026
The RUNAP office will be open for voters who need access on
Tuesday September 28th, 2026 at 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday September 29th, 2026 at 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday September 30th, 2026 at 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Date/Time: Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 at 9:00 PM until completion
Location: RUNAP Office (367 Titus Ave., Rochester, NY 14617)
RUNOFF ELECTION (IF APPLICABLE)
To be completed by October 15, 2026.
Election Rules
ELIGIBILITY
RNs: Any RUNAP member in good standing through August 30th, 2026 will be eligible to vote.
VOTER: Anyone working in a technical work, midwife, urgent care professional, phlebotomist, newly recognized bargaining unit position in August 2026.
NOMINEES:
- Any RUNAP Member in good standing for 3 months prior to the election will be eligible to be nominated.
- Anyone working in a bargaining unit position for 3 months prior to the election will be eligible to be nominated.
NOMINATIONS
Nominations can be made via mail to the RUNAP Office or via email (election@runap.org) and must be made by August 28th, 2026, 9:00 PM.
Nominees must accept or decline nomination verbally at the meeting or, if not in attendance, by written acceptance via email (election@runap.org) to be received by August 28th, 2026, 9:00 PM.
ONLINE ELECTION
Every eligible voter will receive an online ballot by email and/or text with a unique link and login.
If you do not have access to a computer or need a physical location to cast your vote, the RUNAP office will be open and will provide a private computer.
RUNAP ELECTION COMMITTEE
Emilly Pike (CTICU, RN), Lauren Smith (OR, RN), Stacey Judson (ED, RN), Kristin Kandler (Phlebotomist, RRH), Amanda Woods (Phlebotomist, RRH), and Carey Haggett (Phlebotomist, RRH).
This is a secret ballot election conducted through an online platform that complies with OLMS standards.
Eligible voters will receive an online link with a unique voter ID. This cannot be forwarded or duplicated.
